About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Government Degree College, Rayachoty, was established on October 2, 2018, as a central mechanism to institutionalize quality assurance and enhancement across academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities. It is guided by NAAC recommendations and the institution's commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. The IQAC serves as a dynamic platform to plan, monitor, and implement innovative practices that elevate the quality of education and stakeholder satisfaction. By regularly engaging with faculty, students, and external stakeholders, it aims to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Objectives:

  1. To develop and implement quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.
  2. To enhance the learning experience by promoting student-centric and experiential learning practices.
  3. To facilitate capacity-building programs for faculty and staff, focusing on professional and skill development.
  4. To ensure effective feedback mechanisms from all stakeholders and integrate them into quality improvement strategies.
  5. To organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote awareness of quality assurance practices.
  6. To support research and innovation by establishing a conducive environment for academic exploration.
  7. To monitor the implementation of the institution's Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and align it with NAAC requirements.
  8. To encourage the integration of ICT tools for effective teaching, learning, and administration.
